In her new role, McMullin will lead Lockheed Martin’s global communications organization. She will oversee enterprise communications strategy, including media relations, brand, digital engagement, employee communications and stakeholder outreach.

McMullin brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, reputation management and organizational leadership. Her background spans the aerospace, defense and technology sectors, and she began her career as a civilian public affairs officer for the U.S. Air Force.
The company said she will work closely with senior leadership to advance its communications strategy. Her role will also focus on strengthening engagement with employees, customers, partners and communities worldwide.
