The new entity will serve as a central hub for the company’s activities in Europe, building on its existing presence and cooperation with Rheinmetall. Officials said the partnership has supported the company’s expansion and highlighted the need for a stronger local footprint.
UVision Europe will provide a range of capabilities including customer support, local sourcing and manufacturing, engineering, training, and integrated logistics support. The company said the local presence will improve responsiveness, enhance customer proximity, and strengthen supply chain resilience with a fully European product portfolio.
The subsidiary will also support localised development projects tailored to European operational requirements. These efforts include aligning future developments with evolving needs and establishing local assembly and production capabilities.
All systems delivered through the European subsidiary will comply with European regulations, standards, and certification requirements. The company said this alignment will support integration into national defence frameworks across the region.
“As European armed forces accelerate procurement and modernization efforts, the need for trusted, responsive, and locally anchored defense partners has become increasingly important. Uvision Europe is established to address that need, bringing the company closer to its customers and creating the foundations for a progressively independent European operation,” said Roman Didenco.
“This step reflects our long-term commitment to supporting European allies, by deepening our presence in Europe as a committed industrial partner, delivering local capabilities and long-term operational confidence,” he added.
UVision’s loitering munition systems are already in service with NATO and allied customers and are integrated into procurement frameworks with assigned NATO Stock Numbers. Officials said the establishment of the European subsidiary builds on this foundation and extends support to regional customers.
The company designs and manufactures combat-proven systems, including the HERO family of loitering munitions and other autonomous platforms. Its technologies combine precision strike capabilities with advanced guidance, navigation, and integrated operational systems.
