The contract is valued at $4.7 billion and is fully funded at the time of signing. Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2030, according to official statements.
A significant portion of the order is intended for export customers. Approximately $4.5 billion of the contract value is financed by international buyers through the Foreign Military Sales program.
The identities of the purchasing countries were not disclosed. Officials indicated that the deal represents another large order following recent procurement activity.
In September 2025, the Department of War signed a separate contract covering the delivery of 1,970 PAC-3 MSE missiles. The latest agreement reflects sustained demand for air and missile defense systems.
Global demand for the PAC-3 MSE has increased in response to ongoing conflicts, including those in the Middle East and Ukraine. This demand has led the manufacturer to expand its production capacity.
Lockheed Martin delivered 620 PAC-3 MSE missiles in 2025. Production is expected to rise to approximately 2,000 units annually in the coming years.
To date, around 3,000 PAC-3 MSE missiles have been delivered. These systems are in service with the United States and a growing number of international operators.
Currently, 16 countries are identified as users of the missile system. The production program involves more than 400 suppliers across five countries.
