March this year marks four years since the establishment of EuroTrophy. The company is a joint venture created by the Israeli firm Rafael, General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS), and the German manufacturer of heavy armoured vehicles KNDS Deutschland. Today, the Trophy Active Protection System (APS) produced by EuroTrophy has become the preferred solution in its class across the continent, and the company has signed contracts for the delivery of around 400 systems intended for various users. “Key components of the Trophy APS are manufactured in Europe, specifically in Germany. We also place strong emphasis on industrial cooperation with companies from other countries, particularly those that have decided to procure the Trophy system,” Dan Kalfus, Managing Director at EuroTrophy GmbH, told Defence Industry Europe. The company’s headquarters is located in Frankfurt.
