ALOtec Dresden’s mobile repair system prioritizes user-friendliness, ensuring operators can easily perform necessary on-site repairs. Worn components are scanned, programmed, and repaired in the required areas, enabling precise and efficient maintenance.
The system consists of two 20-foot containers. The Process Unit contains a robot on a mobile platform that manages process handling. This robot can operate both inside and outside the container, greatly expanding its range of applications. As a result, it can repair components ranging from small parts weighing a few kilograms to large components weighing several tons, making it versatile for various repair needs.
The second container houses the media supply, including power supply components, a chiller, robot control systems, and the energy source for the process. Thanks to a sophisticated setup, the entire system can be operational within 25 minutes, ensuring rapid deployment and efficiency.
ALOtec Dresden will showcase this innovative mobile repair system at the DALO Industry Days, scheduled for August 21-22. Attendees are invited to visit the Top Danemark Hall at Booth 512, where experts from ALOtec will discuss its applications.
