The HUMVEE Hawkeye uses Soft Recoil Technology to integrate a 105mm cannon onto the HUMVEE platform, enabling emplacement, firing and displacement in under 90 seconds. Alongside the howitzer systems, the Kosovo Security Force will receive ambulances, command and control vehicles and other support trucks, with deliveries expected to begin within the next two years.
