As part of the MoU, both companies will collaborate to equip Hanwha’s upcoming armoured platforms—intended for end users in the Republic of Korea—with the SEDA 100 system. This development marks a strategic step forward in ASELSAN’s ongoing cooperation with South Korea’s defence industry.
The SEDA 100 system is designed to detect supersonic projectiles and accurately identify the shooter’s position using advanced acoustic technology. It performs reliably in all environmental conditions, delivers GIS-based alerts, and integrates easily with armoured vehicles without requiring calibration.
“This MoU represents a significant milestone in our long-standing collaboration with the Republic of Korea,” said ASELSAN.
