Auterion has launched Nemyx, a drone swarm strike engine that operates across platforms from multiple manufacturers. The system, introduced on 3 September in Arlington and Munich, allows drones to act as one coordinated force, executing AI-guided missions with speed, precision and scale.

A demonstration video showed a swarm engaging two separate tank targets simultaneously, with drones coordinating strikes autonomously. Powered by AuterionOS, Nemyx enables any compatible drone to join the swarm through a software upgrade, turning individual units into a collective, intelligent system.

“Nemyx takes autonomous defense capabilities to a new level,” said Lorenz Meier, CEO of Auterion. “By combining real-time AI, computer vision, and Skynode S-equipped drones, we’ve created a solution that rapidly identifies, prioritizes, and neutralizes multiple threats. Soldiers can deploy swarms that operate as a single force – whether from a rucksack or a truckload.”

The system marks the first global demonstration of a kinetic swarm coordinating drones from different manufacturers. It builds on Auterion’s operational experience in Ukraine and will be integrated locally with software and hardware partners to support the Ukrainian ecosystem.

Nemyx uses real-time AI and computer vision to strike multiple targets simultaneously, improving effectiveness, precision and survivability. Delivered as an app on AuterionOS, it scales from small units to large formations and is compatible with the company’s SLM-10 reference design and Skynode avionics.

Auterion is shipping more than 33,000 Skynode units to Ukraine, with global deliveries expected to exceed 50,000 within six months. “Nemyx transforms individual drones into a coordinated swarm, multiplying mission impact and operational efficiency,” Meier added. “It’s a decisive advancement in unmanned systems, making autonomous drones operational at scale.”
