Rocket Lab’s Electron rocket will carry the satellite into orbit, continuing a long-standing partnership between the two companies. Rocket Lab CEO Sir Peter Beck emphasised Electron’s reliability as a constellation deployment solution, allowing customers like BlackSky to dictate the timing and location of their satellite launches.
