O’Toole was recognised for his contributions to BlackSky, the broader community, and the government contracting industry over the past year. He has led the company’s strategy in delivering real-time, space-based intelligence solutions for government and commercial customers worldwide.

O’Toole is the architect of BlackSky’s core strategy and business plan, which has positioned the company as a leader in Earth observation and geospatial intelligence systems. His work has helped the company support high-demand missions for U.S. and international government agencies and global commercial entities.
