Canadian company UVAD partners with INTEC to introduce supersonic UCAVs to European markets

INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH, a German engineering and systems integration company serving the defence and aerospace sectors, has announced a strategic partnership with UVAD, a Canadian specialist in uncrewed vehicle systems and services. The collaboration aims to introduce an advanced uncrewed aerial platform to the European defence market, combining both firms’ expertise in aerospace technology and system integration.

 

The collaboration aims to introduce an innovative uncrewed aerial platform to European defence markets. It will combine the advanced aerospace technology of UVAD with the system integration expertise of INTEC.

At the centre of the partnership is the Falcon, described as the world’s only multi-role, low-cost, supersonic containerised UCAV. Designed for threat simulation and advanced military exercises, the Falcon is based on UVAD’s digital platform and supported by INTEC’s integration capabilities.

According to the companies, the Falcon will reshape air combat capability in Germany and Europe. Full-scale test flights are scheduled for 2026–2027.
