Under the agreement, Curtiss-Wright’s facility in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland, will deliver a motion controller and gyroscopes used in its modular, pre-configured TDSS architecture.
The ANUBIS 3.0 development began in 2022, with production under the current contract starting in December 2024.
The initial contract, valued at $5 million, covers deliveries scheduled to begin in 2025 and continue through to the end of 2028.
This marks the first collaboration between Curtiss-Wright and Pro Optica on a defence programme.
“We are honored to collaborate with Pro Optica on the ANUBIS 3.0 program,” said Brian Perry, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions Division.
“Our turret drive stabilization technology will enhance the system’s ability to accurately track and engage terrestrial and aerial targets.”
“This agreement reflects our shared commitment to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions for mission-critical applications,” Perry added.
“We look forward to supporting Pro Optica’s success on this program, our first joint collaboration, and exploring new business opportunities together, both in Romania and around the globe.”
