Dassault Aviation has completed production of the 300th Rafale fighter aircraft, marking a major milestone in the programme just days ago. The aircraft is widely recognised for its versatility and proven operational effectiveness.

The Rafale programme is overseen by the French defence procurement agency, the Direction générale de l’Armement (DGA), and led by Dassault Aviation’s engineering teams. It involves 400 French companies, forming a critical part of France’s industrial and military sovereignty through advanced technologies and strong export performance.

So far, 533 Rafale jets have been ordered by France and eight international customers, with 233 still to be delivered. Dassault Aviation plans to increase production to four aircraft per month to meet ongoing demand.

“This milestone reflects the operational, industrial, and commercial success of this combat aircraft, which has no equivalent in its category in terms of versatility and proven operational effectiveness,” Dassault Aviation stated.
