HawkEye 360 Luxembourg, S.à r.l., will serve as the foundation for the company’s broader European operations and support closer collaboration across the region’s defense and space sectors. The announcement coincided with a meeting between Chief Executive Officer John Serafini and U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg Stacey Feinberg during World Space Business Week in Paris.
“Europe, its allies and our partners across the region are central to HawkEye 360’s long-term strategy,” Serafini said. “The security environment is changing rapidly, and European nations need proven capabilities that can contribute to missions today.”
The company said operating through an EU-based entity will strengthen its ability to work directly with sovereign partners, European industry and organizations involved in emerging defense programs. The Luxembourg presence is also intended to bring HawkEye 360’s space-based radio-frequency capabilities closer to customers with national security and defense requirements.
HawkEye 360 provides space-based RF data and analytics used by defense and national security organizations to detect, characterize and understand activity across the radio-frequency spectrum. The company said its unclassified, shareable insights can complement sovereign and allied systems and support situational awareness and informed decision-making.

HawkEye 360 said its European subsidiary will provide a stronger platform for integrating its RF capabilities with sovereign technologies and solutions developed within the region. The company also expects the local presence to support more direct cooperation with European industry as governments pursue new defense and security programs.
