L3Harris Technologies has appointed Rob Mitrevski as President of Golden Dome Strategy and Integration, a newly created position to lead the company's involvement in the U.S. government’s next-generation missile defence programme. This appointment marks a strategic move as L3Harris commits to advancing a multi-domain, layered defence architecture in response to national priorities.

Mitrevski will oversee enterprise-level integration across key capabilities, including satellites, datalinks, multi-domain ISR, precision fire-control sensing, and propulsion and control systems for interceptors. His leadership is aimed at unifying these areas to enable the Golden Dome initiative’s ambitious goals.

“Rob’s appointment reflects the strategic importance we place on the Golden Dome program and our responsiveness to the urgent timeline identified by President Trump,” said Christopher E. Kubasik, Chair and CEO of L3Harris. “This program is an opportunity for unprecedented innovation and industry collaboration, and it will serve as a cornerstone of future U.S. defense strategy.”

Mitrevski brings over 35 years of experience in defence systems and previously served as Vice President and General Manager of L3Harris’ Spectral Solutions, where he secured key contracts within the missile defence portfolio. “I’m honoured to lead our Golden Dome initiative at such a pivotal time for national defense,” he stated.

“The strength of this effort lies in our talented people and the culture of excellence they embody,” Mitrevski added. “Supported by advanced technologies and proven production capabilities, L3Harris is well-positioned to protect the homeland and allied partners from emerging missile threats.”
