The task order was awarded by ACC’s Acquisition Management and Integration Center. It includes a one-year base period and four one-year options.
Leidos will perform the work at more than 35 locations worldwide. Those sites include facilities in the United States and overseas.
The company has supported the mission as prime contractor since 2019. The new award continues that role for another potential five years.
Leidos personnel will work alongside Air Force mission partners. Their support will cover daily operational requirements across several mission areas.
“Airmen operate in an environment where decisions often depend on the speed, quality and clarity of intelligence,” said Jason McCarthy, Leidos senior vice president, Airborne & Mission Solutions. “Since 2019, our team has worked alongside Air Combat Command to provide mission-focused ISR support, training and analysis.”
“This next phase of work builds on that foundation with the insight and operational expertise needed to help Airmen assess threats, prepare for missions and support operations around the world.” Leidos said the work reflects growing demand for timely and trusted intelligence.
The company will provide intelligence analysis and subject matter expertise. It will also deliver threat mitigation and ISR operations support.
Training and broader mission support services are also included. The work will support ACC headquarters, centers, wings and subordinate Numbered Air Forces.
The contract covers missions spanning air, space, cyber and intelligence operations. Leidos said accurate information is increasingly important in contested operating environments.
Air Combat Command is headquartered at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia. It provides combat air, space, cyber and intelligence capabilities to U.S. warfighting commands.
ACC’s Acquisition Management and Integration Center manages acquisition services across the command. The new award reinforces Leidos’ position within Air Combat Command’s ISR support structure.
Leidos said the work also supports its NorthStar 2030 strategy. That strategy focuses on helping U.S. defense customers maintain combat-ready forces against evolving threats.
