This collaboration aims to integrate and enhance Milrem Robotics’ THeMIS unmanned ground vehicle with EOS’ R400 remote weapon system. The companies plan to develop cutting-edge solutions for defence forces worldwide, with a particular focus on applications in the United Arab Emirates, as well as potential deployment in Ukraine and NATO countries.
Kuldar Väärsi, CEO of Milrem Robotics, highlighted the significance of the agreement in shaping the future of autonomous battlefield operations. He stated that by integrating advanced technologies, both companies will contribute to the evolution of unmanned combat solutions for global defence markets.
Dr Andreas Schwer, CEO of EOS, emphasised the importance of innovation in remote weapon systems to improve operational effectiveness and safety. He noted that the partnership would combine proven expertise to deliver field-ready solutions, strengthening support for key defence initiatives in the UAE and other strategic regions.
As part of their cooperation, Milrem Robotics and EOS will explore new market opportunities for combat UGS across different size categories. They will also establish a joint product roadmap, ensuring continuous development and adaptation to evolving defence requirements.
