The flight test involved integrating Technology Readiness Level 6 (TRL 6) components onto a CRJ-700 aircraft. These included an open system processor, advanced apertures, GRA-compliant skills, and mission-aware content routing, forming a representative setup of the NG InSight ecosystem.
Northrop Grumman demonstrated simultaneous DLOS and beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) communications, which enhance resilience by reducing interception and jamming risks. The test also validated secure, low-latency data-sharing across long distances, enabling collaboration across mission-relevant platforms.
