Oracle partners with Adarga to enhance AI-driven intelligence for defence and security operations

By Defence Industry Europe

Oracle, in partnership with Adarga, a leader in AI-driven information intelligence, has announced a significant collaboration aimed at bolstering defence and security capabilities worldwide. The partnership will see Adarga’s advanced Vantage software integrated into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle’s distributed cloud, facilitating enhanced data analysis and insight delivery crucial for military operations.

Adarga Vantage stands out for its ability to sift through vast amounts of data from diverse sources, offering comprehensive analysis and connectivity across over 75 languages. This empowers analysts, planners, and commanders to extract actionable insights, augment decision-making processes, and strengthen enterprise knowledge within multi-domain environments.

Seb Matthews, Vice President of Mission Engineering at Adarga, highlighted the strategic importance of deploying Vantage on OCI, underscoring its flexibility and security benefits. This move supports defence organisations in navigating complex operational landscapes without being tied to a single cloud provider.

Oracle’s OCI, known for its extensive suite of cloud services and AI capabilities, including air-gapped infrastructure for classified networks, provides a robust platform for deploying Vantage. This infrastructure ensures adherence to regulatory and security standards while maximising the operational efficiency of Adarga’s customers.

The integration of Vantage into Oracle’s cloud environment is poised to revolutionise how defence and security organisations harness data for mission-critical insights. By leveraging AI and Oracle’s resilient cloud infrastructure, military entities can accelerate their decision-making processes amid evolving digital threats.

For Adarga, deploying Vantage on OCI marks a pivotal step in delivering cutting-edge AI innovation tailored to diverse mission requirements worldwide. This initiative not only enhances operational agility but also reinforces Oracle’s commitment to empowering defence and government sectors with state-of-the-art technology solutions.

With Oracle’s dedicated cloud offerings for the UK public sector and defence, which adhere to stringent data sovereignty guidelines, customers can leverage OCI’s superior performance and security features. This dual-region cloud framework ensures that sensitive data remains under strict national jurisdiction, further bolstering confidence in adopting cloud-based solutions for critical operations.

Bram Couwberghs, Vice President of Defence for Oracle EMEA, emphasised the pivotal role of AI and cloud integration in modern warfare. The combination of Adarga Vantage and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure promises to equip military organisations with unparalleled capabilities to maintain operational supremacy in the digital era.
