Polish defence industry to produce 100 Rosomak vehicles for Ukraine

On April 1, Poland’s Prime Minister announced that Polish defence company Rosomak (a subsidiary of Polish Armament Group) will produce 100 armoured personnel carriers for Ukraine.

“I have brought an order that I received yesterday from Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal for 100 Rosomaks that will be produced here,” Morawiecki said.

According to Poland’s Prime Minister, the European Union and the United States will jointly pay for the purchase of these armoured vehicles for Ukraine.

Rosomak wheeled armoured personnel carrier is a licensed variant of the Finnish Patria AMV wheeled armored vehicle, which is produced by the Polish company Rosomak.
