Albertelli currently serves as president of Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines business. She has spent more than three decades at the company in roles covering engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chains, commercial programs and strategy.

During her time leading Military Engines, Albertelli secured Pratt & Whitney’s sole-source propulsion position on the F-35 fighter. RTX said she also improved F135 engine delivery and quality while expanding maintenance capacity for military customers.
Her career has also included responsibility for sales, maintenance and repair operations, business transformation and manufacturing. Albertelli holds an engineering degree from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Eddy will remain with RTX through March 2027 as a special adviser to support the leadership transition. His career at Pratt & Whitney spans more than 40 years, beginning as a flight-line mechanic before he became president in 2022.
Eddy led the company through a multiyear transformation and oversaw production and sustainment increases for the Geared Turbofan and F135 engine programs. “Shane’s steadfast leadership – paired with his relentless focus on our CORE operating system, our people and our customers – helped Pratt & Whitney achieve record sales growth and positioned the business for continued success,” Calio said.
