The global industrial and technology group CSG (Czechoslovak Group) will take part in a new strategic partnership between Hungarian group 4iG and Rába Automotive Holding Plc., a leading manufacturer of heavy vehicles and their components. The move follows 4iG’s acquisition of a 74% stake in Rába and a mandatory offer to purchase the remaining shares in a transaction valued at nearly HUF 25 billion, equivalent to just under EUR 64 million or CZK 1.55 billion.
