After eight years of cooperation with Saab, the Pomeranian company Base Group holds a strong position in the supply chain of the Swedish defence industry giant. The Polish company supplies Sweden with components used in the production of, among others, new generation A26 Blekinge-class submarines. “Cooperation with Saab means much more to us than a standard supplier-client relationship. From the very beginning, it has been based on partnership, mutual trust, and openness. We feel that we are jointly creating solutions that truly matter,” Jakub Kaszuba, CEO of Base Group, told Defence Industry Europe.
