Sweden’s Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and Saab have signed an updated contract for the two Blekinge-class (A26) submarines, setting new delivery dates for 2031 and 2033. The revised contract brings the total value to approximately SEK 25 billion (about EUR 2.17 billion) and includes additional measures to strengthen long-term supply security in the submarine sector.
