Colt CZ Group SE has entered into a share purchase and sale agreement with Synthesia, a.s., owned by Kaprain Chemical Limited, for the acquisition of Synthesia Nitrocellulose, a.s. The company will initially acquire 51% of the business, with the remaining 49% to follow under agreed terms, in a transaction valued at CZK 22 billion (approximately EUR 894 million) based on enterprise value.

As a part of the Czech-Ukrainian intergovernmental consultations, two subsidiaries of Colt CZ Group SE signed contracts with the Ukrainian Defence Industry (UDI): Sellier & Bellot and Ukroboronprom agreed to cooperate in the production of multiple types of small caliber ammunition in Ukraine. Česká zbrojovka, following upon the Agreement of Intent with Ukroboronprom from February, signed a transfer of technology contract to produce the CZ BREN 2 rifles in Ukraine.
