The European Defence Agency (EDA) has officially launched the second phase of its underwater surveillance technology project, ‘Evaluation of State-of-the-Art Thin Line Array Technology II’ (ETLAT II). The €4 million initiative, spanning three years, began on 11 December at Leonardo’s premises in Livorno, Italy.
