BAE Systems has been selected by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) to further develop and support the deployment of the Battlefield Assisted Trauma Distributed Operations Kit (BATDOK) under the new Force Optimization through Rapid-prototyping, Gear Enhancements & Innovative Technology (FORGE-IT) programme. The initiative aims to enhance the ability of warfighters to deliver medical care in combat zones and ensure wounded servicemembers receive appropriate long-term treatment.
