Czechoslovak Group, through its subsidiary MSM Greece, and the Greek state-owned Hellenic Defence Systems S.A. have signed the founding documents to establish a joint venture for large-calibre ammunition production in Greece. The new company, Hellenic Ammunition S.A., aims to restore strategic production capacity in Lavrio while strengthening CSG’s vertical integration in ammunition manufacturing.
