Honeywell Aerospace has introduced the HON6000 high-performance turbofan engine designed to power Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) and other uncrewed platforms, as well as light combat aircraft and advanced jet trainers. The engine has been developed to meet the operational, autonomy and affordability requirements of medium-sized uncrewed aircraft operating in demanding and contested environments.
