Aircraft Repair Company Trenčín (LOTN) has officially launched production of microwave modules for the Slovak Armed Forces' 3D Air Defence (AD) radar systems, with Elta Systems Ltd, a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), being the prime contractor for the programme. Alongside aircraft servicing, LOTN now has a production programme for the first time.
