PZL Mielec, a Lockheed Martin Company has been awarded with a firm-fixed-price contract for two new, commercially produced, M28 short takeoff and landing (STOL) aircraft. The contracting authority, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, awarded the contract on behalf of the U.S. Government (USG).
