KNDS Deutschland, Elbit Systems, and Kongsberg have successfully conducted the first live-fire test of the Naval Strike Missile (NSM) from the MARS 3 rocket artillery system. The companies state that the trial confirms MARS 3’s capability to launch the long-range, sea-skimming NSM, developed by Kongsberg and widely deployed by NATO naval forces.
