The Czechoslovak Group (CSG), an industrial and technology holding owned by Czech entrepreneur Michal Strnad, has made its first acquisition in the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) sector. Through its newly established subsidiary AviaNera Technologies a.s., CSG has acquired a 51% stake in the Serbian company MUST Solutions from its founder and majority owner, Vladimir Jazarević. The purchase price was not disclosed.
