The French defence company Thales has been awarded a contract by the NATO Helicopter Management Agency to develop advanced functions for the TopOwl Digital Display helmet following an order of 31 NH90 helicopters by Spain’s Ministry of Defence. The contract was secured in cooperation with NHIndustries and Safran and supports the requirements of the French Direction Générale de l’Armement and the Spanish Dirección General de Armamento y Material.
