Israel will sell two spy satellites to Azerbaijan. Eli Cohen, the foreign minister of Israel, announced on Monday in an interview to local news outlet "Zman Israel " that Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has been contracted to supply two spy satellites to Azerbaijan.

Israel has now another “pair of eyes” that watch Iran to detect any emerging hostilities.

Israel is expanding its presence in space. Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) successfully launched the “Ofek 13” satellite which began orbiting into space. The satellite was launched on March 29 from an Israeli Air Force base.
