The Government of Spain has authorised the start of the contracting process for Navantia to design and build two new Offshore Patrol Vessels (BAM), which will join the six already in service.
The contracts for this ambitious project have been distributed among several key players in the defense industry: The production contract has been awarded to a consortium of CMN, Piriou, and Socarenam.
