The Pacific Air Forces’ International Affairs Division hosted an International Observer Programme (IOP) event during the Resolute Force Pacific (REFORPAC) 2025 exercise at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam from 14 to 17 July. The four-day tour enabled delegates from nine allied nations to observe operations and exchange knowledge without direct involvement in training.
