Royal Air Force Typhoon fighter jets have flown their first operational sortie for NATO’s Operation Eastern Sentry, carrying out a Vigilance Activity to support the Alliance. Two Typhoons from 3 (Fighter) Squadron at RAF Coningsby, supported by a Voyager from 101 Squadron, patrolled NATO’s eastern flank as part of measures to deter aggression and reassure allies.
