Radiant, the American company developing the world’s first portable, mass-produced nuclear microreactor, has signed an agreement with the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) and the Department of the Air Force under the Advanced Nuclear Power for Installations (ANPI) programme. According to Radiant, this is the first agreement aimed at delivering a mass-manufactured nuclear microreactor to a U.S. military base.
