From 30 September to 10 October, the Hellenic Airbase in Andravida, Greece, will be alive with the roar of fighter jets during NATO Allied Air Command's Ramstein Flag 2024 exercise. Just 120 kilometers north, at Forward Operating Base Aktion near the town of Preveza, two NATO E-3A and one French E-3F Airborne Early Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft are providing crucial support for the Alliance's first flag exercise.
