Israeli company Elbit Systems was awarded a contract in an amount of approximately USD 50 million for its new air defence system, Red Sky, by an international customer. The contract will be executed over a period of two years. It is the first time that Elbit has added a missile to its anti-drone systems to increase the rate of intercepts.
