Swedish defence technology company MilDef has successfully completed its acquisition of German firm roda computer GmbH. The deal, originally announced on 13 November 2024, is valued at EUR 70 million in cash, alongside an issue in kind of 1,374,047 new shares on a cash- and debt-free basis.
