Sweden’s Defence Materiel Administration has taken delivery of the submarine HMS Halland following a comprehensive mid-life upgrade at Saab Kockums’ shipyard in Karlskrona. The submarine was handed directly to the Swedish Armed Forces, giving the navy a third extensively modernised A19 Gotland-class vessel.
