The U.S. Navy has awarded a $500 million architecture and engineering contract to support structural and waterfront projects at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Hawaii and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Washington. The five-year agreement, issued on 7 September, will cover construction, repair and alteration work linked to the Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program.
