Dutch intelligence warns of Russian cyber campaign targeting Signal and WhatsApp accounts of officials and military personnel
The Dutch Ministry of Defence has warned that Russian state hackers are conducting a large-scale global cyber campaign targeting Signal and WhatsApp accounts belonging to government officials, military personnel and civil servants.
