German defence technology company Hensoldt has signed a long-term supply agreement with United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS) to support radar production. Under the deal, UMS will deliver a total of 900,000 gallium nitride semiconductor components for “Hensoldt” radar systems by 2030.
