L3Harris Technologies has received a letter of intent for a commercial contract to produce 60 Zeus hypersonic motors for Kratos Defense & Security Solutions. If finalised, the contract would raise L3Harris’ annual production rate of Zeus motors by more than 50% following the successful development and flight tests of the Zeus 1 and 2 motors by Kratos.
