The Volvo Defense offering draws on the combined strength of Volvo Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, and Volvo Penta to serve both military and civilian protection needs. At the exhibition, Volvo Defense will display two variants of its key military platform, the Volvo FMX. These include the FMX 4×4 crew cab and the FMX 6×6 hook lift, both designed for mission-readiness and tactical versatility in a wide range of defence operations.
The FMX platform is engineered for both logistical and tactical roles, offering protected cabs, multiple drive configurations and flexible bodybuilding options. This ensures its effectiveness in diverse military environments requiring robust and adaptable mobility solutions.
Volvo Defense is participating in DEFEA in collaboration with Saracakis Group of Companies, Volvo’s trusted importer in Greece since 1950. Saracakis brings a strong support network across the country, authorised to represent all business areas of the Volvo Group.
