ASELSAN, Türkiye’s leading defense company, is set to participate in the Adriatic Sea Defense, Aerospace, and Security Exhibition (ASDA 2025) for the first time, taking place from April 8-10, in Zagreb, Croatia. The event will serve as a significant platform for ASELSAN to introduce its cutting-edge defense and security technologies while reinforcing its long-term commitment to Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

Recognizing the growing defense needs of the region, ASELSAN is focused on fostering strategic partnerships, participating in multinational defense exercises, and increasing its R&D investments. The company is strengthening its regional presence by expanding its network of offices, building on the success of its ASELSAN Balkans office in North Macedonia and its Poland office. With plans for further expansion in the near future, the company is committed to deepening its engagement and collaboration across the region, ensuring tailored solutions for the region’s security landscape.

Cutting-Edge Solutions on Display at ASDA 2025

As a first-time exhibitor at ASDA, ASELSAN will highlight its expertise across multiple domains with its air defense, coastal surveillance, maritime traffic management, airborne modernization, anti-drone, and border security systems. The company will also showcase its modernization solutions for tanks and armored land vehicles—a critical capability for regional defense forces seeking to enhance their operational capabilities.

Among the key highlights at ASELSAN’s booth will be ASELFLIR 500 electro-optical reconnaissance, surveillance and targeting system, which has garnered significant international attention. ASELFLIR 500 has already been exported to 16 countries including Croatia and continues to be a top choice for MALE (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) and HALE (High Altitude Long Endurance) UAVs, as well as fixed- and rotary-wing platforms. With its superior imaging and targeting capabilities, ASELFLIR 500 stands out as one of the most advanced electro-optic systems in the global defense market.

ASELSAN will also showcase its advanced ANTIDOT Electronic Warfare Pods and FULMAR 200-A AESA-based SAR sensor, highlighting its expertise in UAV surveillance and electronic warfare. Designed for medium-range maritime patrol missions, FULMAR 200-A enhances situational awareness for both manned and unmanned aircraft. Meanwhile, ANTİDOT 2-U Electronic Warfare Pod offers seamless UAV integration with its compact and lightweight design, providing both electronic support and attack capabilities. Complementing this, ANTİDOT 2-U/S Electronic Support Pod detects, identifies, records, and locates threat radar signals, instantly transmitting critical data to the Ground Control Station. With its specialized variants—2U/LM, 2U/MB, and 2U/HB—the ANTİDOT family equips UAVs with advanced radar jamming techniques, delivering tailored solutions against diverse threat spectrums.

In the field of air defense, ASELSAN will highlight KORKUT 150/35 Air Defense Gun System, which provides highly effective mobile protection with its integrated 3D search radar and Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) capability. It is specifically designed to counter a wide range of aerial threats, including aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Additionally, ASELSAN will showcase İHTAR 100 Counter-UAV System, a comprehensive solution for identifying, tracking, and neutralizing drone threats. This system plays a crucial role in safeguarding critical infrastructure, securing national borders, and protecting large-scale events from potential UAV incursions.

Naval systems on display will include SERDAR 100-Co Coastal Surveillance Radar, a cutting-edge system designed for continuous coastal monitoring. This advanced radar automatically detects and tracks naval targets as well as low-flying airborne threats, ensuring enhanced maritime security. At ASDA, ASELSAN will also highlight SMASH 200/30. The company has a strong partnership with Croatia, demonstrated by the integration of the SMASH weapon station on OOB-31 patrol vessels, which have been in service since 2018. Given SMASH’s proven performance, ASELSAN anticipates the addition of more Remote-Controlled Naval Weapon Systems of various calibers to the Croatian fleet in the future.

As one of the world’s top defense electronics companies, ASELSAN remains committed to innovation, growth, and regional security cooperation. ASDA 2025 marks an important milestone in its expansion strategy, paving the way for future partnerships and defense collaborations in Croatia and beyond.
