ASELSAN’s direct exports doubled from the previous year, reaching USD 217 million, while indirect exports via land, naval, and air platforms amounted to USD 291 million. With an overall export volume of USD 508 million, the company demonstrated steady international growth and increasing demand for its technologies.
In 2024, ASELSAN entered contracts with seven new countries, bringing the total number of nations using its products to 92. The company also exported 31 products for the first time, including the ASELFLIR-500 electro-optical system, GÖZDE and KGK guidance kits, CENK naval radars, and FERSAH anti-submarine sonar. The ASELFLIR-500, a next-generation system known for its performance on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), was sold to 16 countries in its debut production year.
ASELSAN expanded its global presence by opening offices in six additional countries, increasing its international footprint to 20 locations. The company also contributed to Türkiye’s first domestically developed communication satellite, TÜRKSAT-6A, by supplying Ku-Band and X-Band LOCUS communication payloads, reinforcing its capabilities in communication technologies across multiple domains.
Reflecting on ASELSAN’s achievements, President & CEO Ahmet Akyol described 2024 as a landmark year for new orders and deliveries. He highlighted ASELSAN’s rise in the Defense News Top 100 rankings, where it climbed five positions and became one of the world’s 10 fastest-growing defence companies.
Looking ahead to 2025, which marks ASELSAN’s 50th anniversary, Akyol stated that the company will continue to focus on innovation and efficiency. With the strategic vision aselsaneXt2030, ASELSAN aims to maintain technological leadership in the global defence industry by advancing high-tech solutions and strengthening its international partnerships.
